New Pattern release from Kiyomi Burgin! PLUS Chestnut, a new colorway making its debut
Chestnut!
What better way to welcome back fall vibes than with a rich, rusty brown? This one was inspired by the glossy chestnut seeds after they are stripped from their spiky shell. I love discovering chestnuts on my walks and they are just about ready to drop here in the Pacific Northwest. Soon they will be all over the city sidewalks! You'll find our newest colorway available in Maven, Fae and Elder- each taking the dye a little differently.
I was so thrilled that Kiyomi wanted to feature our newest colorway, Chestnut! Her designs always balance classic appeal with updated, modern elements. I am a huge fan!
The Cheslie is a textured ribbed toque with eyelets and a fold up brim. It's knit with a strand of Fae (mohair) and Elder (worsted weight Rambouillet) held together so that it's extra warm and toasty! Shown below on Treeline ( modeled by Kiyomi) and in Chestnut (modeled by her mother).
You can find the pattern here. Kiyomi is offering a 20% discount on the pattern through labor day. You can use the code CHESTNUT on both Ravelry and Payhip to receive the discount.
