Shipping & Exchange Policies





Most orders containing only in-stock items will ship within 2-3 business days. Please understand that a fluctuation in volume of orders may result in a longer lead time. Please check individual product descriptions for any pre-order items which have extended shipping time frames.


You will receive an email confirming the order has shipped along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for the package once it leaves our studio. Please select a shipping address that is safe and secure. If there has been a mistake with your address or shipping method, please notify us via email immediately. The sooner we know there is an issue, the more likely we will be able to resolve it.


International orders may incur duty or import fees. The cost of shipping does not cover these fees and we are not responsible for customs or import costs. 


Please note that we cannot combine orders. Place one order for all of your items at once to receive the more cost effective shipping rate. If you have pre-order items along with in-stock items they will ship together once your pre-order items are available. If you have both pre-order and in-stock items and you prefer to receive the in-stock items before the pre-order items are ready, please place your orders separately. 



If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for store credit within 30 days of purchase date. Please contact us prior to sending the shipment. We will issue a digital gift certificate once we have received the returned items and confirmed it is undamaged/unused. Yarn must be in original packaging and hanks must not be wound. There are no returns on custom orders or sale items. Shipping charges will not be refunded and the buyer is responsible for the return postage on all items.
