Shipping & Exchange Policies



We will ship with the carrier you select at checkout. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. Please check individual product descriptions for any pre-order items which have extended shipping time frames. You will receive an email confirming the order has shipped along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for the package once it leaves our studio. Please select a shipping address that is safe and secure. If there has been a mistake, please notify us via email immediately. The sooner we know there is an issue, the more likely it is to resolve it.

International orders may incur duty or import fees. The cost of shipping does not cover these fees and we are not responsible for customs or import costs. 


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for store credit within 30 days of purchase date. Please contact us prior to sending the shipment. We will issue a digital gift certificate once we have received the returned items and confirmed it is undamaged/unused. Yarn must be in original packaging and hanks must not be wound. There are no returns on custom orders or sale items. Shipping charges will not be refunded and the buyer is responsible for the return postage on all items.
