 House Nine Wellness x Ritual Dyes Knitters, crochetters, and stitchers of all kinds know that, as much as we love our fiber arts, the closed, static positions and repetitive movements can create long-term discomfort.
Come join Marijean Rue, LMT and fiber artist, for an afternoon of stitch-specific stretches, ergonomic advice, and community fiber crafting! Talk and stretches followed by tea, chats, and of course, working on the project of your choice! You can even de-stash by bringing supplies you no longer need for potlatch exchange. So come learn self care techniques, have some deliscious House Nine tea, and commune with fellow fiber enthusiasts!
