I just want to say that if you are not feeling particularly productive during this time that is totally okay. Stress and anxiety take up a lot of mental space and sometimes the best thing to do with your time is to try and relax into work that you are familiar and comfortable with. I have been finding some comfort in rituals and I hope that you have been to. Here are a few of my favorite rituals:

Knitting something melodic like this Super Easy Lap Blanket from Purl Soho or this Ten Stitch Blanket from Frankie Brown. Basically just something simple that can become a comfort blanket as it grows!

Drinking a cup of my very favorite chai from Blue Lotus Chai. 

Drawing a daily tarot card! My favorite tip given to me recently was to draw a card in the morning and journal about it in the evening/afternoon. Sometimes it is really interesting to see how that morning card played out through the day's events.
