🌸 The Summer Make-A-Long begins today! 🌸
With all of the excitement over the Summer Solstice release last week (thanks so much for the unbelievable response!) I'd like to tell you a little more about Undine! This linen and cotton fingering-weight yarn really has all of us here dreaming about the endless summer possibilities. I personally wear linen year round, so I can see garments from this new base being worn now and then layered during colder months. You can read more about Undine on the blog.
This new base opens up so many pattern ideas! Things I would like to knit this in right now include the Summer Secret Crop from Jessie Maed and as a Rift from Jacqueline Cieslak, I think this would work up really beautifully. I also really like the idea of a lightweight linen shawl for summer and Joji Locatelli's Storm Shawl would be really pretty in Undine.

The Summer Make-A-Long begins today!
Do you have any lonely skeins of Ritual Dyes yarn in your stash? Maybe you’ve been wanting to try out one of our colorways or bases. Whatever the case may be, it’s time to get inspired!
Details:
This Make Along starts Thursday, June 25th and ends at the Fall Equinox on Tuesday, September 22nd.
That means you have nearly 3 whole months to participate! All of the details can be found in the Ravelry group. You can enter as many projects as you'd like for the MAL. Did I mention prizes! Prizes for the MAL are as follows (drawn at random from finishers):
1 skein projects - Moon Pouch (in color of your choice)
2 skein projects - Trio of Yarn
3 skein (or more) projects - Knitter’s Backpack!
I'd like to acknowledge that there are currently user/accessibility issues going on with Ravelry and because of that we are adjusting the kickoff of this MAL, anticipating at this point that these issues will be resolved before the end of the make-a-long.
On Ravelry, the first 20 people to create a project page and tag us will win one of our enamel pins to decorate your project bag! We are also extending the prize offers to social media as well and will be offering pins to the first 20 people on Instagram, so be sure to tag @ritualdyes and #RD123makealong with your project plans to win a pin! (only one pin per person please)
There are so many beautiful projects to consider for the MAL! I have a little round-up of some of my favorites on the blog.
