Calling all levels of needle felting friends, from experienced artists to curious beginners, to come and make pocket pals! A pocket pal is an adorable object, in this case a hedgehog or skunk, to keep in one's pocket in case you need a little extra reassurance or support. Make a special gift just in time for Valentine's Day, or keep it for yourself.

In this two hour class, we'll learn how to roll and sculpt wool into shapes that resemble a hedgehog or skunk, with fiber artist Monica Newcomb. All materials will be provided and you'll take home your creation, as well as a kit to continue your needle felting journey.

    Monica Newcomb of Puffballcreative is an award-winning fiber artist that continues to draw inspiration from the fungi in the forests, to the sea slugs in the tide pools. When not stabbing wool, she can be found homeschooling her kid and teaching tiny humans how to not poke themselves.

    Cancellation Policy

    Classes require a minimum of 3 students. An emailed notification of cancellation will be sent 2 days before the class if the minimum is not met. In the case of shop cancellation, all registered students will be refunded the class fee. Any additional fees including materials and the shipping of materials are non-refundable. Student cancellations, missed classes or no-shows can not be refunded, exchanged or transferred.
