This color is giving me life!!! A super pop to kick off 2020!!
My friend Shelli Martinez (@Shelli.Can) and I are heading to VKL with a few fun things for our customers. Because when you are paired up with Shelli, everything is infinitely more fun!
This yarn color is rooted in inspiration from vintage Coney Island imagery ! It is a bright cobalt blue with tonal and golden speckles. Shelli and I shared a Pinterest board full of old carnival and boardwalk images and this was the color that sprang from it. Our collaboration includes Moon Pouches with a special zipper pull inspired by vintage subway tokens. It is too cute!!
We will have a limited number of yarn and our Collaboration Moon Pouches available in our booth (#1003-1005). Any extras will make their way onto the webshop after the show!
We will be offering a special little gift to the first 30 customers, so stop on by Friday evening and claim yours!
Come say hi!
Emily Greene will be hanging out in the booth with her newest design, Tectonic- knit up in worsted-weight Elder. This has all the structural details and sculptural elements that Emily is so well known for. This sample is knit up in Smoke. I love it!! Like a cozy sweatshirt but way better.SHOP ELDER YARN
Thought you might enjoy these immensely gratifying shots of the SC x RD Collaboration Moon Pouches being cut from my factory, Spooltown. They are right down the street from me! I am so lucky to work with another woman-owned company to produce my designs locally and ethically.

If you are looking for a travel project this weekend, check out the Fletcher Wrap from September Knits! Rachael designed this beautiful wrap in Maven, our US Grown & Milled Rambouillet. It incorporates both knitting and crochet which makes it an interesting and engaging project!
