- 100% Lana Merina Autóctona from dLana*
Dlana*'s 100% native Spanish merino wool comes from extensive and transhumant livestock, management and activity that reports quality to the wool, conservation of the environment, care of the sheep, fixation of rural population and preservation of cultural traditions.
So, the white wool comes from the Romero Pastor cattle ranch from the Pedroches Valley (Córdoba) and the brown wool from the black merino sheep, a breed in danger of extinction, comes from different Extremadura cattle ranches.
These balls of wool are ideal for the most demanding knitters who are looking for 100% quality and natural wool .
Once the garment is finished, washed and blocked, you can feel all its softness and warmth. It will be a very special fabric, with a touch of rusticity.
Our tip: similar to pencil roving, this wool is very sensitive. We recommend unraveling a little bit at at time to avoid putting any tension on the yarn.
Recommended, above all, for circular needles to avoid sewing.
